It cooks like a dream, and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried many waffle makers, and the biggest complaint I always had was that they created such a mess. Overflowing batter was the biggest culprit.
Before trying this waffle maker, I was using one that stood straight up. You’d pour the batter in, then let it cook. Problem was, you either couldn’t tell if you were putting enough batter in, or you filled it too much, leaving a soggy end piece.
This waffle maker has made life so much easier. The sidewalls are a bit deeper, meaning less chance of over flowing. It cooked both sides of the waffles perfectly, and quickly. It was a breeze to clean too!
Weekend waffle making has never been easier. Definitely recommend this helpful appliance for anyone’s breakfast needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have imagination, the ingredients, and a Chefman Anti-Overflow Belgian Waffle Maker. And I mean anything. From the conventional and tasty batter of choice to a late night "will it waffle" concoction of hash browns, onions, eggs and cheese. Could this waffle innovation be possible without the anti'-overflow tech? No. Without the design that produces a thick but cooked through waffle? No. Am I willing to return to life without these delicious waffles? No! Since Chefman makes a durable and easy to use product I might never have to know that sadness. Easy to clean, easy to use, open to experimentation and delivering positive results at most cooking skill levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waffle maker makes tastes waffles! I’ve never tried a waffle maker before and this one works perfectly. It’s easy to clean afterwards as well. Just wipe off the crumbs. It’s quick and easy to make a pretty special breakfast for yourself, your family or friends. A+!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this waffle maker. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly and is very easy to clean up. I've used this several times and have never had an issue with my waffles sticking. The crispness knob and indicator light is very handy if you're multi-tasking or if you're teaching your kids how to make waffles. If you use the included measuring cup or similar you also won't have to deal with overflow. Overall, very satisfied this waffle maker and would recommend it.

I love the versatility of the maker. We also make panninis as well as grilled cheese sandwiches. The kids love the texture it creates. I'm especially impressed with the no overflow - they really mean no overflow. Also the cup it came with was super convenient!

It has a modern and fancy almost dark metal finish that makes it appear very high end and professional. The control settings are easy to use and the Waffles cook great! Perfect thickness with any batter mix.

This Really Surprised Me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am honestly really surprised by the Chefman Anti-Overflow Belgian Waffle Maker. I had another (much larger) Belgian Waffle maker that was such a pain to use. Not only was it huge, but it took forever to cook, was hard to clean, and overflowed every time. After my first use of this Chefman, that old waffle maker promptly went into the trash. This little guy has been an amazing addition to my kitchen. It's not only easy to use, but it cooks like a dream. It's basically plug in and go. It heats up in a couple of minutes. The green light will turn on to let you know that it's ready to cook (or your waffle is done). The nonstick plates really are nonstick. The booklet states NOT to use cooking spray and that you don't need butter or oil. It's true! I have used this so many times and have never needed spray, butter or oil, and have never had any issues with waffles sticking. The nonstick coating also makes the grates super easy to clean. Just wipe with a damp cloth. The anti-overflow moat goes all the way around the waffle to ensure there is no overflow outside of the unit. I haven't had any issues thus far with batter overflowing. I love that this waffle maker has shade settings, like a toaster. This lets me customize the waffles to my family's liking. My husband prefers the lightest setting for soft, fluffy waffles. My kids and I, however, prefer level 6 to get a darker waffle that's nice and crispy on the outside, but still soft on the inside.
I absolutely love the measuring cup that it came with! It allows you to get the perfect amount of batter to get a full waffle, without the overflow. The coolest thing about the cup is that it has a lip that allows it to rest on the side of your mixing bowl. That way, extra batter drips back into the bowl. The compact size of this waffle maker allows for easy storing. It stands up on its side, and fits nicely in tight spaces.
If you're looking for a compact, easy to use waffle maker, this is a must buy!
