It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and I like that you can adjust the level of done. I like my waffles crispy while my husband likes his soft. Great buy!

We bought a waffle maker for Christmas and after a learning curve have been really enjoying the waffles. We have found however, that it takes two full cycles on Max to get a waffle that is crispy enough to release from the pan and not break in half when you open the lid. Otherwise great product. Easy to use and cleanup
