This is the first time using it. It was easy to assemble, was greased with canola oil one time and all the waffles came out perfect. It overflowed one time I will say but I think with light filling will prevent the overflow.

The waffle maker came with dried mix on it and there was no pouring cup. It also looked like it had been previously used even though we bought it new. Works if you don't water down the batter. The waffles tend to stick to the pan.
