Just tried it out and I love it. It's easy to use. I actually wound up using the spill over. Much easier for clean up. No messy countertop. So glad I purchased this maker

Although I haven't had the opportunity to use the waffle maker yet, I do like the product. It's sturdy, takes up very little space just like I need.

We got it home, immediately started to use it. Very easy to operate, and the waffles were excellent.

Did not like product performance at all. Followed instructions on first use. Set dial to mid level. After 6 minutes waffle was not set. Turned to darker setting another 3 minutes still not done. Turned to highest setting. Outside finally turned brown but inside was still gooey. 15 minutes. I do not recommend.
I tried to register product but portal does not work properly. I will return to the store to ask for a refund.
