Thanks for sharing your feedback! It's clear the vibrancy of your Crayola Washable Sidewalk Chalk paled in comparison to what you were hoping for — and that’s definitely not the colorful experience we strive to deliver. This chalk is designed to shine bold and bright on concrete and asphalt surfaces and we are sorry it didn’t meet your colorful expectations. Our Consumer Care Team is here to help! Please contact us at 1-800-CRAYOLA, so we can learn more and get you back to creating masterpieces on your outdoor canvas.
