Hard to clean

I am giving this product only 2 stars, even though it does a good job of frying. The oil heats up quick and stayed a fairly consistent temperature. My problem with it is that, I have never had a fryer, that was so hard to clean and I have had many. It is such a problem, that I am looking for someone who wants it. I will probably never use it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my fryer for about a year and have used it over 20 times and had no issues with oil leaking or temperature of the oil not reaching. I've fried from katsu to fries to chicken and had no issues. Either I'm lucky and got a great unit cuz I don't see any of the issues that a majority of the reviews post here.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this 4 times in three days...should say something about the product. Easy to clean, use and great tasting food. I've been experimenting all weekend and enjoyed learning about the functionality of the fryer. Just remember to read the instructions and it will be a breeze to use.

Awesome Fryer

Ive had my fryer a few years and its the best. Only thing is the size but i cook for the three of us so its not a major headache but it only cooks small portions at a time. Other than that the features work so amazingly. Never had an issue with functionality

I brought this deep fryer on 04/13/2018 and used only couple of times. Now its not working at all. I tried to reset for several times, but not heating at all. Really i am tired of this. Anyone can help me for what to do?

Great concept BUT...

horrible parts availability. Just a matter of time till you need a new oil storage container. THEN -- good luck! You have to buy the container and lid separately- then the oil plug- then the "water gate support." BUT you're still not finished! You need the spring and the counterpart to the water gate support WHICH APPARENTLY ARE NOT FOR SALE!!!! The only reason I gave this item 2 stars is that it works fairly well and the storage tray doesn't take up much room in the fridge.
