No sound

Monitor is advertised as having hd audio and after connecting my Xbox and my Nintendo Switch i couldn’t get sound on either after changing the volume and messing with the monitor to try to get sound
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This particular monitor does not have built in speakers but it does have an audio out port so you can connect external speakers. This is likely the reference to HD audio that is on the product page. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I play on ps5 and bought this just so I could get 120 fps but it won't let me run 120 even though I have the right hdmi. I don't know how to fix this could someone please help

This monitor has two HDMI ports. Try the other HDMI port as it should be version 2.1. You may also need an HDMI 2.1 cable to get 120hz as well. Also you can check the Acer Community for help from other users with our products: community.acer.com.
