This is the second HP all in one desktop I've had and upgrade to an intel chip and 27" screen, since we changed to Starlink for wifi I nee3ded the extra RAM this system gave me. Everything works great and the set up is easier than ever. We have had HP PC's since the early 1990's and this is the best yet.

The first few weeks the computer was flawless. High speed and sharp display was as good as I had ever seen on a system. Then two days ago the display went to black and whit. I tried to fix it but didn’t have any luck. I then restored the system and recovered the colored display. Since I restored the system I have not been able to keep the internet for longer than 15 minutes.

The only thing I can say is the keyboard and mouse are garbage. The mouse is junk the keyboard is way to small and it won't stay up when you have it up.

Worse computer I've ever had from HP. File Explorer keeps freezing up and spent four hours with the computer's Co-pilot try to solve and I'm worse off. Red Xs everywhere, files disappearing, just terrible. It's only a month old.
