Great suction and options
But electrical system —particularly where the hose connects to machine for power to floor brush was a constant problem
Let’s hope its been corrected because otherwise , it’s a fantastic vacuum

I wish the hardwood floor brush was wider and the total unit lighter in weight. I know I'm knit picking, but overall, I can deal with it. Works very well.

PROS: MAIN MOTOR SUCTION.
ADJUSTABLE CARPET MOTOR
TOOLS
CONS: BIG PROBLEM, THE CLOTH BAG HAS
A SMALL AMOUNT OF DUST. BUT A HORRIFIC ODOR SO BAD IT MADE ME SICK. PUT IT IN A
GARBAGE BAG AND TRASHED IT. PRODUCT SHOULD BE TESTED FOR Foreign chemicals.

Had to replace my old Kenmore Intuition. I do love a Kenmore canister vacuum. It's a bit lighter in weight, due to more plastic. Hope it holds up as well as my last 2 did.

Heavier than our old bagless vacuum, but so much better on carpet! Clips apart easily to do stairs. The weight is much less when clipped apart.

Makes a horrible squeaking and whining sound

Suction is great but it makes the worst noises. It has this whining and squeaking sound. Even if you turn the suction down it’s annoying.
