Have purchased several Kenmore canister vacuums over past 35 years. This is the third time for the elite 800 series in past 24 years; each has lasted about 12 years of 10 to 20 hours per week. Very pleased with performance, weight , ease of use and certainly the additional features of this model. Have only replaced floor brush twice in all those years. Despite parts being “ unavailable “ , I found no problem ordering a new brush a few months ago, before deciding to buy a whole new unit. Wold buy again in another 12 years

Kenmore 600 series

This vacuum is awesome. This is my second one, my first one still works I just broke the tab on the hose where it connects to that canister. I love almost everything about it. The things I would ask that they change are: bags that fit in the compartment without having to fold in the bottom and waste a larger amount of hepa bag space, how exactly to do the pop and go without feeling like I'm going to break it(I can't seem to get it to work) and a way to order the exact parts(such as the floor and carpet piece. Other than that it's a good vacuum for a good price. Thank you!

2nd vacuum in 15 years

This new 2nd vacuum has almost the same features as our previous one purchased 15 years ago. So it was easy to set it up. It is very reliable and powerful. The only concern it has a funny smell when operated. Hopefully it will go away.

Great vacuum so far, a few weeks in with 2-3x a week vacuuming. Easy to use, great reach, love the bagged version - no dust! Worth the cost.

NOTHING IS BETTER THAN MY KENMORE

I've owned a Kenmore Intuition canister vacuum forever and it has finally died. After purchasing a Shark Upright (hated it & returned it) and a Prolux QX60 (way to difficult for a 73 year old woman & also returned it), I finally received my new Kenmore Elite. It's very similar to my other Kenmore and can even use my leftover bags. I love the switches on the handle, no bending down, easy to change all the attachments, very user friendly even for an elderly person. It would be nice if I could fit it under my bed to vacuum but I can live with that.
