Frustrations

Despite repeatedly following all instructions, and multiple factory resets, the bar often fails to respond to the remotes and won't turn on, even with the JBL remote. We have to unplug and reconnect the power cord to bring it to life.
The sound is great when it does work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Buy REALLY needs to stop posting bogus reviews paid for via discounts for high ratings.
I got this too replace a Logitech Boombox Bluetooth computer speaker from 2008.
This piece of crap isn't half as good; unplugged immediately and went back to the computer speaker. I should have known by the weight of it; cheap plastic 1/2 the weight of the Logitech which is less than half the size.
The original price is supposed to be $300!!??? ABSURD.
First and last JBL product EVER. Returning it tomorrow. What a waste of time and gas going to get it.
Just... Wow.
