Incredible system, with one major flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is by far the best surround sound system on the market today. The problem? The WLAN board. After mine failed I went to a few forums looking for information about a solution. Apparently this is an extremely common problem with this system. I'm honestly not sure why they didn't just include an ethernet port. But long story short, at some point I received the dreaded, "WIFI disconnected" error. Getting a replacement board is easy enough. There's something like 40 to 50 screws that need to be removed in order to access the board. Unfortunately Getting the replacement cable is next to impossible, so be very gentle with it (I broke mine, lesson learned).
In the end it's a fabulous system, with a fatal flaw. When the WLAN board goes bad you can no longer use the system to play music, or anything that requires WIFI.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product, but terrable help from Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some products never seem to give the consumer all the instructions when you receive the product. This is one of them. I had problems adding the rear speakers, so I called Samsung. I knew right away that I was going to have a problem, I had to have her repeat time after time to no avail. I went to Google AI and had the procedure instantly.
