Worth every penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sauté pan. I am obsessed with the size, the ceramic nonstick coating as well as the quality material. It is assembled so well I am not afraid that the handle will fall off or that it would break…ever. The nonstick coating makes it easy to clean. The size is great for all kinds of different dishes. Highly recommend dish salt tape pan by All Clad!

Powerful Nonstick, A Little Precious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few All-Clad pots that have been workhorses for years, so I was super excited to test out this nonstick saute pan.
First impression, 6 quarts is massive. When they say you can make a one-pot meal in this the are not joking. Despite the size the pan itself is quite light thanks to the aluminum under the ceramic nonstick coating.
My usual stick test is a gooey, cheesy quesadilla, and I was surprised how well the coating worked! Cheese went everywhere, and I could literally just wipe it away when I finished cooking (see photo - that is before I even washed it, just using a paper towel to wipe).
The lid is great for stovetop cooking as well, and making a sausage spaghetti sauce was simple and easy to clean too.
The only thing I am wary about is the slightly delicate nature of the nonstick coating. The use instructions are clear - no metal, don’t overheat, no spray oils - so if you follow the rules you should be fine, but I am a bit wild in the kitchen and need to reinforce the care instructions before use unlike my (albeit heavy) cast iron that takes any amount of abuse.

A bit pricey but worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality pan with even heating and no hotspots. The ceramic nonstick surface works really well and food slides off easily. It feels sturdy and well made, and the lid is nice bonus.
