Front first look at the coffee maker: I like it and it is easy to use. Did run water throw Both the single and pot. Nice operation of water coming out the pot but the single cup was stopping and going. Not to sure about that or not. May need to run a few more cups and see it it changes. A not dissatisfied with it either. It is new.

This is our second dual coffee maker by Hamilton Beach

Compared to the last one we had, this is a HUGE space saver. I love that the single cup is grounds only, as we never use the disposable pods. The old single cup reusable pod was kind of a pain to deal with. The lid was heavy and floppy and was prone to knocking itself out of your hand if you didn't open it carefully enough. I really dislike cleaning up wet coffee grounds. This one is just like a little basket you can knock right into the compost, so it's gonna save some time and tears. The pot size is the same as the last, pretty standard 12 cup, so that's great. My only small beef is the way you raise the single cup maker's mug holder to fit a regular coffee mug. Our yeti mugs can't be centered on the stand, so it's a bit precarious. If you use standard, ceramic mugs, I'm sure it'll be fine. Overall, I recommend this machine. Hamilton Beach never fails us and, while it's not the most affordable thing on the market, the price is worth it for the quality and style.
