The unit is small and compact, It performs perfectly making espresso cappuccinos and lattes and you can adjust the taste to your liking. It's an all-in-one unit and it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this to my friends anyone looking for a good cappuccino espresso latte machine.

2 days after purchase, issue # 1popped up : despite full water tank, after one espresso ,display showed "Add Water" ( needed to shut down, wait 5Min, then it was ok for one espresso again!! Issue # 2 Frott was way to watery no matter what, useless!!!
Returned Machine and bought Nespresso Vertuo Plus

It is a great system, i do wish the temp could be adjusted higher, disappointed in volume produced. Milk frother lacks ability to create well developed froth. Use it daily, and easy to clean

I thought I would love this machine. Size is perfect and the options are great. The reason I am giving it one star is that it must have a programming problem. I can only do Espressos and not Lattes. The Latte light does not light up anymore.
