Hey y'all so I recently brought this display and while had some issues at first (mostly due to the vesa mount not being strong enough to hold the monitor in a non tilted position) and the menus are a bit convoluted to figure out at first but the color accuracy made up for all of that and then some
Great monitor. I needed this for multiple reasons: 1) Consistent standardized colors for photo / video editing. 2) PBP/PIP for split screen between two laptops. 3) Sharp text at high resolution. 4) High refresh rate for occasional gaming. It all meets or exceeds expectations except for one thing - HDR - which I don't really care about. SDR actually looks better in practice. I have only tested with Windows but hoping HDR may look better while using Linux. Regardless, that's a minor issue. This is a great value.
I think if you don´t like miniled local dimming because you can see the transitions in the backlight, like me, and you don´t need your eyes be torched by excessive brightness, this option could be good enough, it even has good HDR colors. Don´t have oled blacks but overall has a very good picture quality. The panel is very well made.
KVM Yay! Tucked under ports Meh. Energy Saver Nah.

Great design for day to day use, except for bottom, which is OK, minimal bezel. Also, wish the ports were simply placed on the back of the panel where they could be seen, rather than tucked under. KVM feature works great with linked Macs. One button push on the front after you push through the edge and voila, your other mac or ipad are visible on the screen and your keyboard and mouse work as normal. Energy saver is worthless. Don’t use it. Makes screen look like crap.
