Totally satisfied with my new lotus oven. Very quick to get started . Heats up fast, is quiet, well insulated and easy interface. I was very glad with the amount of accessories that comes with it

Very Good Oven

Solidly built, thoughtfully designed if a little pricey.
The convection fan can be a little loud, but this oven cooks equally well without the fan.
Made by Hamilton Beach, the Lotus is identical, except for cosmetic changes, to the discontinued Wolf Elite Countertop Oven, which was also made by Hamilton Beach.
Purchased on sale, this is a fair value for an oven that has replaced my full-size one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
