[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Lotus Professional Short Order Sear Griddle for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. The heat is super even, and it gets hot enough (up to 450 °F) to give steaks a proper sear, but it’s also gentle enough for things like pancakes or eggs. The surface is nonstick and PFAS-free, which makes me feel better about what I’m cooking on, and cleanup is a breeze—just wipe it down and toss the drip tray in the dishwasher.

Heats up super fast, cooks evenly, and makes steak & burgers come out like restaurant quality. Love that I can throw on veggies, meat, and even pancakes all at once.

It’s definitely on the heavy side (and not cheap 😅), but feels super sturdy and built to last. If you love cooking big meals or BBQ-style at home, this thing is a game changer.

An essential appliance to own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sear griddle heat up quickly to 450 and under and the pan is nonstick so cleaning is super easy. It has a little exit on the edge where the oils and liquids go so it won’t drown your food. The pan is large enough for 6 large pancakes all at once, this product it’s perfect for at home, camping, and van lifestyles because all it needs is an outlet to cook your food.
