[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this laptop... But now I am frustrated with the purchase because Lenovo removed the right side CTRL button and replaced it with an utterly unwanted "AI-COPILOT" button. Luckily, through great trial and tribulation and dedication, I was able to remap the button to being another key that would work with my game. I legitimately almost returned it based on this feature alone because that button is HUGE for my gameplay and engineering software usage. Additionally, the RGB lighting keyboard is mildly customizable through Lenovo's Vantage software. There's a youtube video out there stating that you would use Corsair's "ICUE" software but that does not work unless you have upgraded your keyboard to be the Corsair recognizeable device..
Lenovo doesn't specify these requirements anywhere. Honestly, I thought highly of Lenovo and I wanted to give 100% 5 stars but now I am reconsidering my compliments because I am not very satisfied with my purchase but because of the hassel I'd have to go through I can deal with it for now. I will be looking to purchase a different brand later. I WOULD NOT recommend this laptop if you use that right side CTRL button heavily and want to customize your RGB lighting to precisely the way you want it..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for the purpose of gaming when traveling and as an alternative for when I need a PC instead of a Mac. The i7/4060 combo along with the screen's attributes have been plenty for my purposes and give me a fully fledged gaming experience while traveling. Paired with the deals from this holiday season, I have yet to see a comparable value anywhere on the market.

Overall very disappointed. Coming from a legion 5 15 (2019) I was expecting a major performance increase. Sadly I was wrong. If anything it's a decrease. While games do look way better. I'm noticing throttling and shuttering much more, even with settings turned down from the default ultra. Not sure if I should blame Lenovo or Windows 11..? However I'm not so sure legion will be my go to, next time around.. I would be much happier if I could downgrade to win 10 which I tried but no driver support couldn't even get online to try and Install drivers.. I suppose I could put some drivers on a flash drive and figure it out.. but for the $$$ of this system I shouldn't have to.. even Linux had driver support for this system
