We were worried that this pan would be hard to clean, but cleaning up is very easy. The heat is evenly transferred, and even eggs are cooked perfectly. I gave it four stars only because a lid should be included with the pan.

I love this 8 inch fry pan. I've been cooking religiously with my all clad for over two years and I couldn't be happier. This evening, I prepared and cooked two Filet Mignon's. Naturally, they came out amazing.

As expected, this is another fine product from All-Clad. It works perfectly fine doe my modest needs on an electric stove top and propane side burner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife prefers we only use stainless steel cookware as there are no toxic chemicals that contaminate your food. This is a good high quality pan that should exceed your expectations. It retains heat nicely and delivers a good cook.
