I bought mine about 10 years ago, and still using it. Started a new job recently, and many people have commented on how much they like it and want to get one of their own. Might have to buy one or two more to give as gifts. Also love the additional inserts I bought, well worth it.
I bought 3 of the mini crock pots about 2 years. I gave 2 as gifts and kept the 3rd one for myself. I LOVE it. I am a school teacher and have very little time for lunch. So having my lunch nice and hot when I need it is perfect. I don't have to waste half of my lunch time waiting in line for the microwave. Besides, most of the time the microwave is gross anyway. Everyone who sees it comments about it. It works great with meats and veggies, pasta dishes and obviously soups and chili. I love that I can leave the mini crock pot at school and only bring the inside bowl and lid home to wash and refill with leftover for the next day. Everyone should have one. It makes a great gift.
I will be buying my 6th lunch crock pot. The cord keeps breaking on the bottom. This last one it actually made a loud pop and sparks flew thank goodness I had quick reactions and could unplug it fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I brought lunch crockpot but after only one use the inner lid on trasport container no longer seals tight making it impossible to transport soups. Any way to get replacement one that will seal tight longer than one time of heating?
I have had my crock pot for about a year and while I love the idea, for the second time, after wrapping the cord around the base the wire has frayed causing a spark when I plug it in making it no longer usable.
