If I could give this 7 stars I would. I'm a teacher with a 30 minute lunch break, so having food hot and ready to go as soon as the bell rings gives me just a few extra minutes to sit and relax without having to wait and heat my food in the microwave! Food is always nice and hot, but never burned. Unfortunately I just lost the small lid and I'm freaking out trying to find a new one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ive had mine for at least 5 years and it is still working just as good as it was when i first bought it. i plug it in an 1 1/2 - 2 hours before im ready to eat and it is perfect! I love my little crockpot! it can be a little difficult to close but if you look at the lid there are 2 "lines" on opposite sides that line up and once you put those in the empty spaces on the base it will close perfectly fine. the inside lid will "pop" but thats just because the heat creates pressure inside. Has no effect on the heating of the food.

I got mine a few years ago from my mother in law for Christmas and started a trend at work - now almost everyone has one. I use it almost everyday and love it. Bought my oldest son one for his desk too as he now has an office job. Found the perfect size bowl to freeze soup and such in that it fits perfectly in the crock, plug it in first thing in the morning and have a nice warm lunch by lunchtime.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well but cord design makes v. unsafe

I really enjoy using this for lunches since I work in a food wasteland. However, because of the way the cord has to be unwrapped and rewrapped, the plastic covering the wires has split and when I just went to move it over a few inches on the table it shot out a bunch of sparks.

Infinitely better than microwave

Turn on 1.5-2 hours before you want to eat... heats up whatever you put inside to a perfect temp.
I've turned multiple coworkers on to this product, they all love it as well.

Love this but it needs redesigned

I purchased two of these when they were being sold on QVC. I love this lunch crock pot. This product made my lunch easy, tasty and memorable. My only issue happened to both of the units I purchased. They both had cord issues, both of them sparked, one was sitting on top of a computer cart when it blew, The sparking left a black mark on the bottom of the unit and some on the cart. The second one blue while sitting on my desk. It took out a circuit at school and I had to find a custodian to fix the breaker. I love these, but wish the cord had a better design on the bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
