A good slow cooker with some decent features

I really like this product, although I have some caveats. Please keep in mind I love cooking, so I was really curious to see how this would work alongside all of my other tools in the kitchen.
The first thing to address would obviously be the two pots that can cook two meals at the same time. In my experience, these pots don't hold too much food, so I wouldn't use it to make more than enough food for one or two people. Also, the timing on these can be a little tough. For example I tried to make rice a few times and could never get down the ratio of water to rice, or how long I should set the timer for. Anything besides slow cooking in these can cause some confusion as to how to cook properly.
Honestly my favorite part of this cooker is the various cooking options. You can sauté directly in the pots. Which means if you're making classic slow cooker meals like chili, you can brown the meat directly in the pot before you start slow cooking. Or, after slowcooking you can heat up the pot to reduce the liquid into a thicker sauce. Yes this cooker can cook two things at once, but it's also advertised as a multicooker, and, while it takes some getting used to, it helps save dishes and pans that would otherwise clutter your kitchen when making a meal.
I will admit, I bought the version of this pot that came with both the two tiny pots but also one large pot. I use this more than either of the small ones. It is huge, lots of cooking space. Bigger than the crockpots I've had before it for sure.
To conclude, this cooker is good if you find yourself using several small slow cookers in your day to day cooking. Or, if you have a really small living space and need an appliance that can help you make a full meal. As a slow cooker it works well, but I wouldn't recommend it to large families who are hoping to cook several things at once. Really it's the best value if your the type of person who would normally dirty several pans prepping for something to go into or come out of the slow cooker.

Small compartments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m impressed with this slow cooker. It’s really nice to be able to separately cook or heat two different things. The compartments are small because of this but the convenience is worth the smaller size.
My new favorite appliance! I’ve been using it daily since I bought it. With a small family of two, we love being able to cook our main dish and a side dish at the same time. There is a little learning curve—if you set one side to high and the other to low, the low side can get too hot. One workaround is to cook the low-temperature dish first, then switch it to warm once you add the high-temperature dish. To avoid overcooking, it’s generally best to cook two dishes that require the same temperature.

I love a good crockpot recipe, and I am super glad that I got this product because now I can make two things at once! It seems fairly safe and has preformed above my expectations. It has held up well over the past few months and I have no doubt that it will continue to serve my family well!
