I recently purchased the Crock-Pot food warmer. Its a great item and I love how I can bring food to work and it heats it up. My one issue with this is that the food container lid does not stay on very well. I double bag the food container so it doesn't leak in transit. As soon as it starts heating up the plastic inner lid pops off and doesn't stay securely closed. I have spilled the food contents a few times because of this. That would be my one and only critique and suggest it be worked on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your feedback. We greatly appreciate it and will forward your concern on to our product team. Please note that it is normal for the lid to lift up during cooking to allow steam to escape. We do not advise filling the container more than 3/4 of the way full for best results.

Exactly what we needed for lunches! I bought one for myself, my sister, and my boss. We LOVE them. Work wonderfully and lunch is piping hot by noon. Even if it started frozen!

I got this a month ago and it's so convenient. I freeze soup in it and it's ready to eat even before lunch time.

This is perfect for my husband's lunches. He is very busy at work and in the past he would pop something into the microwave, get distracted by a phone call, customer, etc and forget about his lunch. He would end up microwaving repeatedly. Now,we fill this little crock pot with left overs or soup, he plugs it in and its ready when he is. And it is the perfect temperature and texture. Never burns or dries out. Perfect! We have used this almost every day since our purchase. He brings home the inner liner to be cleaned and refilled, leaving the outer part of crock pot at work. Pleased with our purchase. This would also make a great gift.

I bought 3 of these little beauties to melt my candy melts and chocolate as I make cakepops and chocolate covered strawberries for bake sales at our VFW. They are great, they melt the chocolate and candy melts nice and slow and keeps them at just the right temp. Love the pop in lid it makes for easy storage of my melted chocolate for the next week.
