Summer 2023 I accidentally left the case and one of the earphones in it outside. The other earphone stayed on my bedside table until I was able to find the case and its partner earphone. Fast forward to Feb 2024, having had multiple heavy rain downpours, severe flooding, snow and ice I found the case and other earphone outside. I dried them off and plugged the case back in to charge and somehow… THEY STILL WORK!!! They’ve been waterlogged, frozen, covered in mud for 6 months and still work just as well as the day I lose them… I am absolutely amazed

Thank You Very Much JLab Support now your broken JLab Go Air Pop has been replaced, No Waste of Money on JLab
