Good sound and connection

I like the sound and clear connection. But don't like the fact that it cuts the volume in half each time and I have to manually bring it up again. Also, it's hard to remove them from the case.

The sound quality with music and calls is great. Easy to control. So far they seem comfortable in my small ears.

I tried Bose,Beats and returned them both. These buds sound better for far much less money. I now have 2 pairs of these.
