I bought these a lil bit ago and there so amazing they stay in your ear and the quality is great I got the lilac color and there so cute definitely Recommend since there affordable and they stay fully charged for a long time!

Great investment/but no free gift?

I just recently purchased a pair of jlabs pop true wireless at Dicks sporting goods store in Medford Ma. What grabbed my attention was the small blue box. No way I thought earbuds could be in there plus the warranty they offered me for a extra $6.00 I think for 2 years. The only thing that did not work was the free gift they offer. I scanned the code only to find out there are no free gifts available all out of stock. When I went to pick out my free gift they asked me to purchase there free gift. Very confusing. So I gave up. I understand S&H but this free gift said “PURCHASE” out of stock

noo extra earbuds come is falling all the time from my ears i cany use much the bottons for the volumen are hard to use is kind a little confuse

They are suuuuper easy to use, very easy to understand how they work.

No charger adapter

I would give you guys a 5 rating because I love how the product is downsized. And I love the USB port and how it is on the case itself, even the case is amazing. Can recharge the headset but no charging adapter. That's a no no for me.
