Durability and great sound

My 12 year old of course has the iPhone airpod max pro plus whatever.... and these last longer, he says sound better, last longer...and accidentally went through the wash and still worked perfectly

Great Ear Buds Shame about the free gift

Great price well made item easy to set up and use, Nice fit for us both and are very comfortable for long periods.
My only moan is as a UK customer the link to register my purchase did not work so I had to use their international address! I was able to register there and was even offered a choice of a free gift, nice touch!
Shame though when I picked it I was informed there would be a delivery charge of over $30.00, not great so I emailed and all we got was a sorry!!
So unless you live in USA I assume, J Lab class every one else not important; very poor Customer Service/PR?
But it's a shame as the earbuds are very good in every respect.
