Replacement instructions have been sent to your email. If you ever have issue, let us know, as you have a two year warranty with us as the manufacturer. We'll have you back up and running in no time.

Truly waterproof

I've had these earbuds for over a year and they work great! I recently accidently sent them through the washing machine in a pocket. I pulled them out and let them dry and they still work great!

Great Value, Features, and Build Quality

I received the Go Air Pop earphones as a gift from my family. They have lasted and stood the test of time. They have an excellent feature set for the money: Touch controls, different EQ modes, removable tips, and autoconnect. The case and earphones feel solid and durable and have great build quality. Great Value and would definitely recommend!
