I had a pair of these for about a year and they are simply amazing. I only brought the new pair because I lost one a week ago. They have been washed in the machine and still kept going. Love them

Great sound, doesn't work well as single earbud

I like these ear buds and I've always been happy with jlab products. Unfortunately they don't work very well when just using a single ear bud with independent controls on right and left. IE at work I like to have the left ear bud in but can't pause it by tapping the earbud.

Great sound and comfort from product. Only negative is hard to remove earbuds from charging case. The lid kind of obstructs having a good girp to remove earbuds.

Very Nice but Not Perfect

I like the style, sound, and tap features with one exception. One turned off the only way to turn them back on is by reinserting them into their case. The absence of an ON tap is a serious design flaw.

Good fit but background static

They fit well and I don't have to adjust them too often, but there is sort of background static sometimes when my sound is low or nothing is playing, I think it's working itself out though.

Connection issues but great sound and battery lif

Hard to get connected to Bluetooth; otherwise, a nice product.

Sorry to hear of the troubles : ( by design, all you should have to do for a first time set up is take them out of the case and locate them in your bluetooth device menu, tap on the jlab selection and they should connect up. After that, when you take them out, provided your bluetooth is on, they should auto connect.
