[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as an efficient solution for browsing and streaming. I have a larger mid tower that I use for more demanding tasks, but it uses a significant amount of power and heats up my home office in a short amount of time. I didn't need that just to browse, so I bought the M75Q for basic tasks. It's a great little machine. I love the size and performance for the most part. The only performance glitch I've found is when watching UHD video, sometimes it will stutter and hiccup, especially if you fast forward video. The fan also ramped up significantly. I started watching the APU temps and noticed they'd get into the mid 70's C and that's when I'd notice the stuttering. I replaced the stock thermal paste with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and this did help some, but not enough. I really wish Lenovo would have used a solid copper heat sink instead of the aluminum. Copper is much better for heat transfer than aluminum and much better at absorbing quick temperature spikes without the fan constantly ramping up. I have been searching for a suitable replacement heat sink, but haven't had any luck. That is the only downside I've found.
