Biggest problem is with the instruction booklet - it is not easy to understand.
I would rate this machine/booklet 3.5/5

I only use this microwave to reheat certain dishes and to pop prepackaged popcorn. It has worked well so far. It is a major improvement over my old 700 watt unit. I bought it on sale and feel it was good value.
