Response from Samsung USBy Social Commerce, July 29, 2024
Salutations Pinks,
Thanks for taking the opportunity to review your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6. We appreciate your transparency as we strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most marvelous experiences when using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. The Galaxy Z Flip6 comes equipped with a 50MP wide rear camera and ProVisual Engine for pictures that are brighter and crisper. When taking portrait pictures, both you and your subject can preview the image thanks to the FlexWindow. You can even go fully hands-free with FlexMode making selfies easier than ever. Your FlexCam is designed to elevate the selfie experience by making it hands-free from the rear camera. Auto Zoom helps you effortlessly capture your best angle by zooming in or out on your subjects, and then provides a preview from the FlexWindow. AI zoom then ensures top quality for your pictures. Without having any information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your camera functionality and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support if you would like any further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting your device. Thank you for being a dedicated Samsung customer.

Easy to order and great updates from Samsung throughout the process. Easy to return my original phone. Very painless process. So far, I'm loving my Flip 6. 512gb is awesome! Feels like the battery lasts a lot longer than my Flip 3. Performance has been great - awesome phone!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 3rd Z flip phone, I just ❤️ them for their versatility including the unique small fit. This new model feels sturdier when opening /closing little thinner which is important to me. The middle fold seems flatter then previous models. And other cool features I'm still trying to learn.
I would recommend this to a friend!
