Recently purchased the Netgear GS308v3. The devices that were cinnected to the switch were capable of 1gbps transfer rates. The only thing this doesn't have is POE capabulity but I don't need that at the moment.

This switch works well, it is a plug and play device not managed but it serves it's purpose with no problems, good job.

I purchased a Netgear 8-Port Ethernet Switch ~ It's making my entertainment center run so much better using ethernet instead of wifi
