Poor sound all around

I got this about 3 weeks and am very disappointed, I've tried it on 2 different TVS and not impressed the tvs sound better than this set up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connecting this unit was very easy! The sound quality is impressive! It is compatible with my tv and simple to use the blue tooth feature as well! The sleek look is nice and fits well with my decor. Very valuable! The only thing I struggled with, is the remote. I cannot figure out how to use it; it’s very confusing. I ended up connecting the Bluetooth and finished set up and balancing the sound on my phone. Over all I am very satisfied!!
