Bad packaging but easy to install

Pros:
-Instructions were easy to understand
-Installation took less than an hour to complete
-Instructions were easy to understand
-Installation took less than an hour to complete
Cons:
- Package was open when I received it
- Courier left the package at the building's vestibule and did not inform me
- Quite careless in handling - There was a good chance for some one to steal the package
- This was a disappointing experience - I might think twice before placing an order on bestbuy.ca
