This computer is no-were as good as the computer I had.

1) I have to keep on putting in a pin number every time I stop using it for a few minuets.
2) The speaker sound in bad, and i have no way of adjusting it. I can not believe a brand new computer could come with no sound adjustment. 3) no photo card slot. 4) If I could just have my old one back.
And last? I would not recommend HP to an enemy.

i BOUGHT THIS MODEL RECNTLY AND JUST GOT ROUND TO SETTING IT UP BUT AM HAVING GREAT DIFFICULTY IN DOING SO.
FIRSTLY THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT CLEAR ON HOW TO SET UP THE PEDESTAL PART OF THE
DEVICE,TO THE EXTENT THAT I THINK THERE MUST BE A PART MISSING FROM THE PACKAGE.
SECONDLY.THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY THAT SET UPS FOR THE MOUSE AND ARE TO BE IN THEIR
RESPECTIVE BOXES; I CAN FIND NONE THERE. AGAIN IS SOMETHING MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT ?
I HAVE URGENT NEED OF THIS NEW COMPUTER AND WOULD THEREFORE APPRECIATE A QUICK REPLY.
