[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop suffers from a fatal flaw: the keyboard backlight is far to bright, and cannot be dimmed to a reasonable level, only turned off. This should be easily fixable through the BIOS, but Lenovo refuses to fix the problem despite complaints from many customers.

Price to performance it's a real winner. Great looking screen, but as it's not matte, glare can be a problem at times. Keyboard is good, but not as good as my thinkpad T460s or even my T14s gen1. With each generation, Lenovo is moving more toward the average on their keyboards, and that feature is no longer such a compelling selling point for me. Still, in the thin and light 15 inch class, this is a winner.

The screen is beautiful: the color, the brightness, the resolution, the touch. The keyboard is good overall. Touchpad is nice. Battery lasts me all day for college.
All good, till it just stop! The touchpad freezes from time to time, even though you still can use the keyboard and the touch screen (never happen with an external mouse). The keyboard malfunctions and either doesn't register or register 5X per keystroke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this purchase -- it's generally snappy, has a great screen, good speakers, and is easy to type on. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that I still have times when Microsoft Word will chug sometimes when processing files or a little lag when using intensive browser apps. I hoped that those things would be eliminated, but it's definitely a lot faster than my previous laptop (2019 HP Envy x360)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the size, screen and ports. Touch pad is too sensitive and has no conrols to reduce the sensitivity. Ai has a tendendcy to try and control system and security along with Windows that requires problem solving to manually overide changes being made by Ai. Example: blocked loading and hosting zoom and use of integrated camera.
