So far, so good. We are a non-profit community theatre and have only tested the product so far. It’s real test will be over the next 3 weeks as we open a show tonight. We are hoping for good things as this was a sizeable investment. As an improvement, though, I would suggest 4 wheels on the bottom of the unit.

My new favorite helper for fast and easy ironing and steaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steamer has honestly become one of my favorite things in the house. As a mom, I iron clothes all the time, especially my son's clothes and this makes everything so much faster and easier. The setup is very simple and I love that the board has different positions - from completely horizontal to vertical. I usually use the gentlest setting for silk shirts, the second setting for pillowcases and lighter fabrics and the strongest one for thicker cotton clothes, jeans and pants. The little hanger on top is also so convenient - I can hang a shirt there and steam it vertically in no time. The heating is super fast, so I don't have to wait around. The water tank is also really large and I use clean filtered water. The design feels very stable and well made and the iron surface looks and feels really high quality. I also love the safety feature - if I forget to unplug it, it automatically turns off after some time. The cord is easy to manage and the whole system is easy to move around. It is a little bigger than a regular iron, but not bigger than having a separate ironing board and iron and I keep it right in my hallway so it's always ready to use. I honestly don't know how I lived without it before. It has become my everyday helper and one of those things I use constantly and wonder how I ever managed without. I'm extremely happy with it!

Easy set up

What a treasure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to use! I never used to iron or steam except for special occasions, but this makes it easy and fun. Quick to set up out of the box and heats up in about 45 seconds. I love that you can hang garments or lie the board flat, and that you can carry the steamer around the house separately for steaming furniture. It's easy to fill the water tank and a little lasts a long time. It's not particularly quiet but not at all bothersome to me. This is already so useful.

I will be returning this product. I really hoped this would be great but unfortunately it was not. The board itself is not sturdy and firm to put any kind of pressure onto it. The size of the board at each end does not allow how ironing parts of shirts that need creases. It was overall just time consuming and awkward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All your ironing needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rowenta IXEO All-in-One Steaming and Ironing System would be great for someone that has daily ironing or steaming to do. This took me about 20 minutes to set up and there was a helpful instruction video. It’s really easy to use and adjust. I thought the iron was a little bit better than the steamer, but both got the job done. This is a really big system. It takes up a lot of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of those products I didn’t know I needed until I had it - and now I can’t imagine life without it! I absolutely love it! It was very easy to set up and start using. I love the multi position board. I’m able to easily iron or steam various things easily. The base is weighted and has wheels, so it’s easy to take around if needed. The iron/steamer is also able to be taken around on its own, so I can use it on other things, as well.

Wish it was better

This All in one steaming and ironing system is genuinely quite expensive and heavy to move inside the box. The flat “bed” is smaller than the one we have so it’s a little difficult to iron jeans and shirts.
Once you assemble the all in one system, this thing is quite easy to store because of the 2 wheels at the bottom and how slim it stands in tight spaces.
Now to the downsides, the water tank is VERY cumbersome to use because the iron/steamer is connected along with the power cord. The water filler slot of also on the top and the tank itself is so big that it won’t fit in common sinks so you either have to use kitchen sink or bathtub. When I tried to fill in bathtub, the entire tank was drenched in water. Normally the iron we use is extremely easy to fill because of how portable those things are.
The steamer/iron has a nice weight to it so it makes the ironing process easy. Even the base is height adjustable so it can accommodate people of various heights. But the iron and steamer itself isn’t as powerful as normal iron with water tank. This one doesn’t get as hot so heavy clothing like denim jeans don’t iron as well. You HAVE to use the steaming part on and off for them which is something I didn’t expect from such an expensive product. When using the steamer it was quite difficult to use because the initial couple seconds have a strong stream of steam but it goes down to almost nothing after that. This is all with max setting. You can see the before and after photos for steaming. The pants in photo took over 10 mins to “fix” front and back because you can rest the steamer because the steam stops after a bit.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend this for someone who irons quite a lot. For a single person who irons or steams a couple things per day, it might be fine. But for someone with family who have to iron/steam 3-4 tops and 3-4 jeans every other day, it’s better to just use a normal iron or separate steamer. Even buying both of them and ironing “bed” will all cost under the $400-$450 price tag of this all in one product.
