I鈥檝e had my two doorbells for over a year and have loved them both! They鈥檙e easy to manage and I love that you have multiple options for charging! When I encountered some problems with charging, their support service team was quick in their replies and immediately helped me with arranging for a replacement. Definitely would recommend!

The installation & operation of the device were simple & easy to perform. For concrete block homes, you will need to drill into the concrete wall & install the provided anchors, but not difficult if you have the right tools. The setup was easy & connected to the WiFi easily.

I love my new doorbell. I have it plugged into an outlet and it is wonderful not to need hard wiring. Easy to set up!

Aosu doorbell ultra may have good features, but poor battery that do not last and requires frequent charges.
What is the point of having a great 4K doorbell if cannot use it or requires weekly charges?

- Does not cover head to toe
- Can't see packages
- Used as wired ... later stopped working as the battery ran out.

The product stopped functioning after just one year, once the warranty expired. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. In the past, I've used other video doorbell cameras that lasted at least three years. The company also refused to stand by their product, using the one-year warranty as an excuse to deny any service or support beyond that period.

I read the reviews for this AOSU doorbell and was impressed, especially given the sales price and that you don鈥檛 have to take out a subscription. I have been using the doorbell for a couple of weeks now and it's been working perfectly. The camera quality is good; both day and night and the motion detection is accurate and customizable, helping to minimize false alerts.
The set up was very simple, everything you'll need is provided. I used double sided tape to attach supplied angle doorbell mount to the PVC frame of our front porch door. I have also tried out the intercom function which worked perfectly, providing clear two-way communication. So far, the battery seems to hold a good charge, on arrival it was about 30/40% charged so could have been used immediately if required. I charged it to 100% and, after a couple of weeks of moderate use the battery still shows 80 to 90%.
I am very happy with the performance of this doorbell camera which provides you with peace of mind knowing who's at your door, whether you are at home or out and about. An excellent purchase in my opinion.
