This is an excellent camera / Door bell with great graphics and and a wide angle view. With its built in storage you don't have to pay extortionate fees to save videos on line. It is also very quick letting you know if anyone approaches you property.

The camera stopped working after two years. You can no longer clear your local storage and forced to pay for their monthly cloud service. The video is extremely delayed by up to 30 seconds. I would not recommend this product any longer.

This is a really great video doorbell and integrates with the same app as the rest of the products. Literally 10 minutes or less to install and be up and running.

I got an issue installing the cameras and I鈥檝e had contacted costumer support for them to help me out and they get back to me quickly also I was able to figured out what was the issue and is because the cameras got a plastic film to protect them and that was causing the issue after I had removed them everything was fine good quality and great support thank you!

I got the AOSU Ultra Video Doorbell back in October 23, and I'm super happy with it. The setup was a breeze, and it looks great on my house.
The video quality is very good, even at night. I love the wide-angle view and the clear images. The two-way audio is quite handy, the local storage allows you to have plenty of recording stored without a subscription and I like the additional settings for motion detection which allow you to customize a wide range of details around the notification you want to be receiving from it. The motion detection is spot on and alerts me right away both on mobile and on the smartwatch.
The battery life is solid, lasting a long time between charges if you have the right setting on.

I purchased the Aosu Video Doorbell Ultra after having problems and what I considered to be very poor service from Arlo re their Doorbell. The Aosu website, the very helpful and friendly support from 'Ann', and overall quality, functionality and ease of installation and use of my new Aosu Doorbell Ultra, has made this purchase a great decision. I undertook a lot of research looking for a video doorbell to replace the disappointing one I had in place. Very happy customer.

Although hesitant to buy because of some comments, I found the price and features too attractive. Because I live in Canada, I decided to avoid the battery issues with direct wiring. I am pleased with the performance. A few questions to their support was responded quickly and efficiently. Good buy!
