After looking for a video doorbell that didn't require a subscription or save the information in a cloud, when I found Aosu's Video Doorbell Ultra, I didn't hesitate to order it. The videos are clear both day and night and the battery lasts a long time if you're smart with the settings.

Doorbell installation was as easy as advertised. I'm 68 years old and had no problems. I removed an old school doorbell and connected the Aosu. It was nice that extra "extension" wires were included because it made it so much easier. It also came with a 15 degree angled base that I used as well. Directions on the app were clear and syncing my phone with the doorbell was no problem. Picture quality is amazing and much better then my neighbor's Ring doorbell. I was able to adjust the volume of the chime on the doorbell to a level that was right for our house. There's also no need to buy a video doorbell with a monthly subscription. The Aosu has built in memory or a cloud option as well.

I can't praise aosu products highly enough. They're quality! Outstanding features, fast, secure, great video facilities and pictures and to top it off, they're subscription free. I have been a long time user of aosu products and have had very minimal issues, however when I have needed assistance, the wonderful Ann is on hand to tackle any issues.

It works perfectly at my front door of my apartment. You have to fine tune it to your individual likes. I have only had it a week. It is supposed to last 180 days on a battery charge. We will see!

Purchased product, it was great but Base Station only worked for a week.
Support is slow & passed from one department to the next so still waiting for a replacement.

After using one of AOSU security cameras for a while I decided to replace my video doorbell with one of their products as well. The device was very easy to setup and fit and the inclusion of a chime was a bonus as my previous device required an additional purchase for the chime. My house has a lot of family and friends dropping in so having the ability to fine-tune the detection and events has allowed me to tweak the options to maximise battery life whilst giving me the alerts I want to receive and record. The new app for Android is a big improvement and allows me to manage my cameras from a single dashboard and even has a quick access multi-view mode. I enable 24/7 recording on the inbuilt memory so that I can review events outside the initial window should I need to which other devices do not allow. My experience with AOSU aftersales has always been great nd for that reason I will continue to use their products as I know I will get the support I need should I ever have an issue or query. I am looking to purchase more devices to expand my home security and will be using AOSU for this.

Works great so far! I have had it for about a week. The picture and sound quality are very good. Very easy to install and set up. I just followed the step-by-step instructions and had no issues.
