I still can’t get my iPhone 15 pro max or iPad 10 to recognize the speaker. I can still listen to the speaker by just connecting it via Bluetooth but you can not change any of the eq settings and the bass is horrible. Basically I’m just listening to treble right now and I spent $400. I can’t even find a way to do a return through the website. Bose has horrible app software that doesn’t seem to work with Apple. Just my experience but I’ll never get another one and am trying to sell this one.

Hi. Thank you for your post. Sorry to hear that you were unable to connect the speaker with the Bose Connect app. Please follow the steps here, to help you on this, https://bose.life/4aitVKR. Also, be advised that your speaker has no adjustable tone controls. Equalization, like bass or treble, is not adjustable on your product. You can try adjusting equalization on the connected device, if available. Try adjusting in small increments and check if the audio sounds better or worse to you. (Note: Greater adjustments can also impact volume level, which could create distorting or crackling audio.). If you require further assistance, please get in touch with us here. https://bose.life/3BgUIIU. We would love to help. Marvin - Customer Support
Good. Bluetooth and party mode gets confused between extra speakers, iPhones and Apple Watches, can be annoying to connect all or reset to default. But that’s just connection. Sounds AMAZING!
I was walking near west 43rd street in New York City, when I heard some Cuban Jazz music. I had to stop to see where the music was coming from and to my surprise the clear sound was emanating from a silver sphere-shaped speaker that I photographed with my cellphone and later learned it was a BOSE Revolver. Long story/short: I went online and purchased the BOSE Revolver II.
