The sound is amazing

Loving this speaker! The sound is incredible you cant expect anything else from Bose and its one of the few speakers that still has Aux! The only thing is that it uses micro usb for chargin but apart from that I love it!

Charge issue

The speaker sounds incredible with full bass and presence. Party mode lets you pair two together which is awesome but sloppy through the Bose app. The biggest issue is the base station. The usb cord will not stay in place and the speaker never charges without messing with the cord. In fact, duct tape won’t even do the trick. Major design flaw. All in all I still recommend this incredible speaker just be prepared for the charging issue.

The only speaker you need

I had been putting off getting this because I couldn't justify the purchase since I already have a pair of Bose computer speakers that I use to play my music in my room. We recently moved and decided it would be nice to have music in our main living area, so I decided to splurge on this purchase.
I am so glad I did. The sounds is incredible as you would expect from Bose. Crisp and clean and very full. For some dance music, the bass isn't able to handle the input, but then I'm not using this to party. But the bass is still quite deep - I can hear it even outside the house if I turn it up. I compared this to other popular and cheaper speakers, but they just don't give the full deep sound this Bose speaker does.
Very happy with this purchase!

Charging issues

The sound is amazing. The sound only works if you charge the thing. I'm not sure what's going on with Bose but the old USB connector, battery or port (and charging station) are all very badly designed and fail often. This is my fourth Revolve and I always loved them. I don't think I can buy another one given the deterioration of the power's quality. This has now happened to two Revolve's I have, including this latest one. It's a pain to send things back for repair in such a short time. Please just get it right the first time. It's fairly obvious the USB cable/port design is terrible.
There are better ways to spend $400.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent highs and lows with crisp vocals and hard hitting bass, comfortable to carry and beautiful to look at. The sound is truly 360 instead of those that promise 360 but are closer to 270. Controls are ease to use and to find in the dark. It's low footprint makes it easy to throw in my back pack (which I do as I take it pretty much every where) it's roughly the size of a Nalgene 1L water bottle.
