Recently purchased this to replace my bookshelf Bose speaker. Very happy with the sound of this speaker. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a Bluetooth speaker.

I see this is priced at $217 CAD now. That's about right for the quality. Had a Soundlink III from ~2014 that my daughter stole and it sounds better, particularly the base. Bose sound quality seems to be going down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bough it yesterday at Best Buy Yorkdale Mall on Black Friday sale & today I just pressed the Bluetooth & hold til it synch with my iPhone & iPad, because I already have the Bose app from my old Bose speaker. I was surprised with the sound has bass & very clear sound no scratchy sound background. I can hear the music for a few hours. Especially hearing the soft music was very soothing to my ear.
