The belt won’t stay centered. Because of that it has become damaged. I also installed the app and started using the treadmill in hopes that adjusting the speed would help without success. If I cannot use the treadmill I would like to return it.

The app does not sync well. Also the treadmill display is off. For instance it said I walked 1.5mi but only 335 steps which is impossible

This is perfect for our small condo. It's easy to use and stores nicely under our vintage wall unit. The high speed of 6 mph is fast enough for a brisk walk and conducive to interval training. This machine has saved me on days when it's cold and/or rainy.

I've been using it daily for a week and I LOVE it. It slides under my very narrow, old desk, which was hard to accommodate.
DO PAY ATTENTION when you start it up: you have to calibrate the belt so it doesn't pull left or right (easily adjusts with included allen wrench). If you fail to do this, you will ruin your treadmill belt.
