I regret buying stainless. I’ve been told it’s easy to cook eggs on stainless w a bit of practice. Just go Carbon steel instead.

Back in 2000 I decided to take a gap year after getting my degree and before getting a "real" job. I always loved cooking and decided to work part-time at Williams-Sonoma in Valley Fair mall just so I could get the discount and set up my kitchen correctly. 25 years later I am living in France and still using my All-Clad cookware. I have added a few extra pieces since then, but it has served me everyday since 2021 and still going strong. My son will soon graduate from university and I am going to buy him a set. I know it is a gift that he will keep for a lifetime. The best purchase I ever made.
