The cookware is well made and good quality. I do wish there were two handles on all the pans because they are heavy. Also, until you put food in the small saute pan, it tips to the side because of the weight of the handle

Hi! Our cookware is stainless steel. To prevent food from sticking preheat the pan in a low-medium heat for a couple of minutes. You can test your pan to see if it's ready by dropping a few drops of water on the pan and seeing if the water "dances" around. After properly preheated add a little bit of oil. When adding the food, make sure there is an even sizzling sound when it touches the pan. Allow the food to cook without disturbing it until the preferred doneness it achieved.
