The set is exceptional. The handles are longer than I prefer, but heat retention is outstanding. Heats fast without using high heat setting. Food cooks evenly and retain moisture. Easy to clean. Best Christmas present ever.

Great cook ware

I received my All-clad for Christmas from my husband. I had very good cookware, but using it on our outdoor grill during a kitchen renovation and caused problems with several pieces. The All-Claf looks beautiful and the heat is retained and spread evenly through the surface.

I think that the pans that are supposed to be dishwasher safe, should not have to be hand washed to keep looking nice.

I love this cookware!

You can feel the quality of this cookware. I'd say I would buy this set again, but I'll never have to. Cleanup isn't as easy as nonstick pans, but the little effort is worth it. They still look brand new.

I didn't think cooking would be this easy

This is a great set, at first I washed the pots by hand then realized that I could put them in the dishwasher. There are times that the dishwasher doesn't do a good of a job as me washing by hand. If you cook something simple I would use the dishwasher if you baked I would recommend washing by hand. What encouraged us to buy the set was the special offer red oven mitts and lasagna pan that came with the set. We love this set but it is pricey so we just recommended it to a few of our friends.
