Handles are too thin, hard to manage when draining. Like the length. Do not like the "can't see through the lid" tops. Handles get really hot.

Love my set of cookware! I gave a set to my daughter for Christmas. The set is beautiful and easy to care for - but you do need to learn to lower the temperature when using the skillets as otherwise you will have a difficult time cleaning them.

The products heat evenly and cook excellent. They clean very, very easily. The interior of the pans do spot easily which is the one drawback for me giving 5 stars across the board.

Outstanding Cookware for a Glass Ceramic Cooktop

I researched this purchase for 2 months before I decided which range to purchase for our beach condo and then 3 more months after the range's installation. I considered the type of cooking we do at the beach, how much time I wanted to devote to cleaning cookware and a cook top, and if the quality & performance of this cookware would enhance the value of our newly renovated kitchen. It was the correct decision. The flat bottoms of each piece heat evenly & quickly, even at the recommended medium to medium-high temperatures. Clean up is a breeze, but I keep Bar Keeper's Friend on hand in case someone gets a bit aggressive while cooking. I already own two pieces of copper core at home, so I know that proper use & cleaning ensures "non-stick" without the non-stick coatings: omelets never stick, sauces heat & thicken evenly, sauteed meat & vegetables brown perfectly. The stainless steel tri-ply pieces handle all of these challenges superbly. I am an All-Clad fan for life!
